Bar & Bistro
In our Bar & Bistro you can enjoy our luxury breakfast buffet or a delicious Supper meal.
Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00. On weekends you can have breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30.
From 17:00 daily our bar is open to serve you a cold beer, a glass of wine or other refreshments. Don't forget to order that typical Dutch snack "bitterballen"!
The area can accommodate 120 guests and can be adapted to small or large groups thanks to its flexible design. Due to the enormous skylight that forms the connection between the old Gas and Light Factory and the modern hotel, a lot of daylight falls in our attractively furnished Bar – Bistro.
